Agreement
By registering to ASA Links Advertiser account, you agree to abide by all the rules and regulations regarding our service. Your use of the asalinks.com service constitutes your agreement to the terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth below. In addition, our service shall only be used in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
Payments
Publisher payments will be made on a monthly basis via PayPal. Any bank or commission charges that occur with accordance to the payment will be deducted automatically from the payment. Payments will be made within the first 10 days of each month unless otherwise noted.
Abuse
Any attempt to hide the text links published on your web pages or otherwise manipulate the system will be cause for immediate termination of your account and will cancel all future payments.
We do not allow web pages containing illegal pornography, racist information, warez download, excessive popups or illegal content.
Links and Banners Content
We are not limiting our advertisers for any content category, links and banners are bought on every webpage in ASA Links without any content connection, but you are able to cancel any link or banner anytime after the transaction was made, if this happens obviously you will not get paid for this placement.
Disclaimer
This service is provided "as is" and any expressed or implied warranties, guarantees or link exchanges are disclaimed.
Termination of Service
ASA Links reserves the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.
